Eastern Standard: ReThinking Rural; EKU Veterans Studies; Craft Cider in Lex; Adds to Bourbon Trail

ReThink Rural helps "those who are searching for a simpler, rural lifestyle get a firsthand view of what that life could be like." An interview with Rethink founder Madeline Moore. Bringing about understanding between military veterans and civilians is the goal of EKU's first-in-nation Veterans Studies Program. A conversation with program co-founder, Dr .Travis Martin. Craft cider joins bourbon, beer and wine production in Lexington.  And, additions to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour.
