More information on closed session requirements is on pages 22-23 of Kentucky’s Open Meetings Act.

Such public notices of stated meetings, agendas, prior minutes and executive sessions are available at the EKU Board of Regents website

The Office of University General Counsel is responsible for public notices of board meetings, executive sessions and closed meetings notices and documentation.
