During Tuesday afternoon’s coronavirus update Governor Andy Beshear announced 824 new cases of coronavirus in Kentucky, bringing the state total to 62,731. The governor noted that 134 of those new cases are in kids under age 18.
Governor Beshear also announced seven new deaths, bringing that total to 1,119.
The positivity rate in Kentucky rose to 4.52% as of Tuesday afternoon.
