In a prerecorded coronavirus update Friday afternoon Governor Andy Beshear announced 2,756 new cases of coronavirus in Kentucky, bringing the state total to 340,779.
Governor Beshear also announced 36 new deaths, bringing that total to 3,337.
The positivity rate is at 10.8% as of Friday afternoon.
