During Thursday's coronavirus update Governor Andy Beshear announced 659 new cases of the virus in Kentucky. That brings the state's total number of cases to 29,386.
Gov. Beshear also announced 7 new deaths from the virus.
Kentucky's positivity rate is down to 5.66%, which Beshear attributes to more testing being conducted.
