Stunt Bike Dancing with the Sprockettes

What's pink and black, has two wheels and usually a few scabs? A Sprockette, that's what.

The Sprockettes, based in Portland, Ore., are a synchronized dance troupe with a do-it-yourself work ethic. But instead of traditional dance moves, their choreography features pink and black BMX bicycles in a performance that's part dance and part stunt biking.

Phyllis Fletcher of member station KUOW in Seattle caught their act, and has this profile.
