Today is Move-IN Day for EKU students. Expect heavy traffic on campus roadways.
Kit Carson Drive will be one way from Park Drive to Madison Avenue from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
University Drive will be closed from 7:15 a.m. until 5:00 p.m..
Employee Parking Lots are restricted for move-in day. Employees may park in these lots: Ashland and Brockton Commuter. The Crabbe Street Pay Lot and Parking Garage are free today for employees.
Shuttle service will be provided from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with pick-up points at Ashland, Crabbe Street, and Brockton Commuter lots.
Traffic Restriction for Big E Welcome Walk: Lancaster Avenue and University Drive will be temporarily closed for the 2023 Welcome Walk starting at 4:30 p.m. through 5:45 p.m.
On Saturday, August 17, University Drive will be open for parking only; not for through traffic. The Keith Lot will be also be reserved for move-in on this date.
