WEKU will carry NPR coverage of President Obama's speech at the National Defense University in Washington, DC. During the 2:00 pm talk, he is expected to announce major changes in US foreign policy regarding the use of drone air strikes overseas.
Mr. Obama is also expected to talk about the issue of detainees in Guantanamo prison. NPR's Talk of the Nation host Neal Conan will be joined in the studio by NPR counter-terrorism correspondent Dina Temple-Raston and senior Washington editor Ron Elving.
