WEKU is reporting on the 2020 General Election with a four part Congressional candidate series focusing on issues important to Kentuckians. Part one of the series begins with Sixth District Congressional Challenger Josh Hicks. The 42 year old Lexington lawyer has never held office. He made an unsuccessful run for the state legislature in 2018. WEKU's Stu Johnson began an extended conversation with Hicks by asking about efforts to curb health care costs.
Please note: Each candidate was asked a series of similar questions and was offered a seven minute on air interview and a 15 minute extended online interview. Listen to extended interviews with McConnell, McGrath, plus congressional candidates Andy Barr and Josh Hicks here.
