U.N. Inspectors Present Mixed Report Card on Iraq

Chief weapons inspectors deliver a much-anticipated report to the U.N. Security Council on the status of weapons in Iraq. Hear reports from NPR's Vicky O'Hara and NPR's Anne Garrels.
