City of Richmond Issues Boil Water Advisory

THE RICHMOND BOIL WATER ADVISORY WAS LIFTED MONDAY EVENING. Customers of Richmond Utilities are now free to use tap water normally.

Richmond Utilities has issued a boil water advisory for all customers in their service area due to a water main break.  Crews are working to restore service.

The City of Richmond issued the advisory last night (Sunday) and advises customers to review information at the “Information” link at RichmondUtilities dot com for more information.

This boil water advisory includes the EKU Richmond campus.  The university tells us Aramark will remain open for food service.
