President Volodymyr Zelenskyy (on screen) of Ukraine, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in Ukraine.

Ukraine's embattled President Zelensky questions whether the UN Security Council is capable of ensuring security in light of atrocities by Russian occupation forces now widely documented in his country. Has the violence in Ukraine surpassed a diplomatic solution? WEKU's Tom Martin takes the question to University of Kentucky professor of diplomacy, Ambassador Carey Cavanaugh.

Tom Martin hosts Eastern Standard, a weekly radio magazine of interviews and stories about interesting people, places, and things happening in the Commonwealth.
