Fayette Schools Plan For In-Person Instruction For K-2 In Mid-February

Fayette County Public Schools

Fayette County school officials are letting parents know a date has been set for a return to in-person instruction for certain elementary school students.

Based on a recent downward trend in coronavirus cases in the Lexington area, the anticipated back to class date is February 16th.  That is expected to be the first in-person learning this year for kindergarten through second graders for those families choosing this form of instruction.

COVID-19 conditions will be reviewed next before making a final decision.
