Stu Johnson

Governor Beshear says coronavirus cases remain too high, but he added this afternoon, there is hopeful news.  The governor said the state is on track to meet the goal of administering 90% of all doses of the vaccine within seven days of arrival.  Beshear said last week more doses were administered than the amount that came into the state.  He said more than 325,000 doses have been received in the Commonwealth. The governor announced 3955 COVID 19 cases Friday and 19 additional deaths.  He reported the positivity rate at 12.09%?
