Governor Andy Beshear reported 2,860 new coronavirus cases in Kentucky Sunday along with 25 deaths. For the first time the state's positivity rate rose to 11.1% the highest rate since the crisis began in March, 2020. Besher did not issue a press release on the data but instead said he would address Sunday's information at his regular coronavirus briefing Monday.
