Kentucky Coronavirus Positivity Rate Hits New Record

Governor Andy Beshear reported 2,860 new coronavirus cases in Kentucky Sunday along with 25 deaths.  For the first time the state's positivity rate rose to 11.1% the highest rate since the crisis began in March, 2020.  Besher did not issue a press release on the data but instead said he would address Sunday's information at his regular coronavirus briefing Monday.  WEKU will carry the brieifing live on all stations and online at weku.org.
