Commentator Marvin Kalb criticizes Pentagon and White House leaks to the press. He says the Bush administration recently leaked war plans against Iraq in order to manipulate both the American and Iraqi people. This information, he says, gives dangerous hints to Iraq's generals about a possible U.S. attack strategy.
