Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman traveled to Rockcastle County Friday with good news: 6 million dollars over the next five years for mental health services for more than 16-thousand students. The program will be administered by the Southeast South-Central Educational Cooperative. Coleman, a former teacher, was joined by students and local educators and said she applauded the U.S. Department of Education for the funding.
