Friday, February 18: Watch Live: Biden Gives Remarks About Russia and Ukraine

President Biden will speak about Russia's buildup of military troops on the border with Ukraine and will discuss, according to the White House, "continued efforts to pursue deterrence and diplomacy." Remarks are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
