Woodrow and Becky Wilson were among the 50 or so people who experienced the first official rides Thursday on the $40 million extension of the William H. Natcher Parkway. Earlier in the day, the city christened the completion of a much smaller, yet equally important project for some Bowling Green residents - the widening of Old Morgantown Road.
