Owensboro Blue Bridge Repairs on Schedule

The summer-long rehabilitation of the Blue Bridge across the Ohio River in downtown Owensboro is proceeding on schedule, and the bridge should reopen in about three weeks, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reported Tuesday.
