Six UK Football Players Face Charges In Connection With March Incident

Six University of Kentucky football players face burglary-related charges following an incident at a residential party on March sixth.

Lexington police report the six players were charged Thursday.

Police say a private party was being held back in March. Three individuals entered the residence uninvited and were asked to leave. Police report they became upset and threatened to return. A short time later they returned with additional suspects. The group forced its way into the residence.

According to authorities, one suspect was observed pointing a firearm at a victim. Six suspects face burglary charges and Devito Tisdale also faces a wanton endangerment charge. The other five charged with burglary first are Rubin Adams, Robert McClain, Andru Phillips, Ernest Sanders, and Joel Williams.
