Keeneland Announces Full Capacity Plans For The Fall Meet

Stu Johnson

A full day at the races is planned this fall at Lexington’s Keeneland racetrack.  That full day is expected to include a packed house and big purses.

Keeneland is announcing plans to open at full capacity for this fall’s meet in October.  Tickets will go on sale to the public beginning Monday August 16th.  The 17-day Fall Meet will feature a record $6 million in stakes purses.

Keeneland’s tailgating tradition will continue with a return of The Hill where fans can take in live music, food trucks, and wagering.  Track officials will continue to monitor local and national health guidelines.  As a result, general admission caps may be enforced. The fall meet runs from October 8th through the 30th
