Eastern Kentucky University men’s and women’s basketball teams open conference play Thursday night in Clarksville, Tennessee. Austin Peay provides the competition.
The EKU men’s team comes into the 9:00 tipoff, after a record-breaking performance at home against Brescia University. EKU tallied it’s largest single-game score with 145 points. The Colonels open up Ohio Valley Conference play against the Governors who are eight and five on the year. Peay won six straight games before dropping its last game to Arkansas by eleven points. EKU enters the game at seven and six.
