Sponsor Terms of Agreement

Order Timing
To provide sufficient time to schedule and record sponsor messaging, all broadcast orders (including sponsor copy) must be approved by noon on Wednesday preceding the week they start airing.

Order Approval
WEKU will not schedule sponsor messaging without an approved Broadcast Order. New clients must provide a signed Broadcast Order, which represents approval of the schedule and message. Clients in good standing may approve by email. WEKU determines the voicing for all messages and does not provide audio files for client review. If requested, audio files may be provided as a courtesy, after an order is approved and scheduled.

Order Changes
WEKU strives to address all concerns and issues before an order is scheduled. We are happy to work with sponsors who have annual agreements to make copy changes. For other orders, we reserve the right to charge a $200 contract revision fee when changes are requested. The fee will be billed on the next invoice.

Cancellation Policy
WEKU sponsors with event-related or time-sensitive messages may cancel messaging a week in advance of the event if circumstances lead to an event cancellation. WEKU will provide credit toward a future order for any spots that have not run. We do not provide refunds. Once a broadcast order is approved, WEKU will bill according to the approved payment method.

Make-Good Spots
WEKU tries to run all spots as scheduled. However, special coverage may pre-empt regular programming. WEKU reserves the right to pre-empt spots for special coverage of breaking news or elections and will make good for any missed spots as soon as practical or provide credit. If spots are missed due to a power outage or other unforeseen event, we will schedule make-goods or provide a credit toward a future order.

Payments
WEKU expects payment within 30 days of receipt of an invoice. Any payment that is more than 60 days past due could result in cessation of an order until payment is received.
