U.S. Attorney for Kentucky's Eastern District Resigns

The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky is stepping down.   Robert Duncan, Jr. announced his resignation to be effective at midnight, January 24th.

In a statement, Duncan said he plans to enter private legal practice in Lexington.
