Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell testify in front of a Senate committee Tuesday -- congressional appearances required by a recently enacted coronavirus relief law. The quarterly CARES Act report comes as Powell urges Congress to pass additional fiscal help for the struggling economy. Watch the hearing live.
