Guests for the program, titled The 2013 Legislative Wrap, were:  Agriculture Secretary James Comer and Executive Director of Kentucky Youth Advocates, Terry Brooks.

KET's Renee Shaw and Kentucky Public Radio's Kenny Colston also participated in the program, adding their assessments and analyses of the 30-day "short session" of the General Assembly.
