U.S.-Iran talks collapse in Pakistan. What comes next?

After 21 hours of talks in Pakistan, the U.S. and Iran walked away without a deal. Now, the U.S. is imposing a blockade of Iranian ports, oil prices are rising again, and the ceasefire is under even more strain.
