Lauren-Brooke Eisen, senior director of the Brennan Center’s justice program, joins host Robin Young to talk about how a huge increase in Immigration and Customs Enforcement spending in the past year is fueling what she calls the “detention-industrial complex” for migrants arrested in the United States.
