As tensions rise between the U.S and Venezuela, Vanessa Neumann joins Here & Now to analyze what might happen next now that the USS Gerald R. Ford is in Latin American waters. Neuman is a former special envoy to the UK for Venezuela opposition leader Juan Guaidó. She’s now CEO of Asymmetrica, a defense advisory company.
