How federal officials uncovered a ring of electronic sabotage around New York City

Here & Now‘s Jane Clayson speaks with CNN’s John Miller about the danger posed by a ring of electronics that Secret Service agents uncovered around New York City as world leaders gathered at the United Nations this week. The electronics were capable of bringing down cellular networks.
