Tulsa has a reparations plan 104 years after race massacre

More than 100 years after white residents of Tulsa destroyed a thriving Black neighborhood, the city has a plan for reparations.

Here & Now‘s Scott Tong speaks with Brenda Nails Alford, a descendant of survivors of the 1921 massacre.
