Can Secretary Paulson Handle $700 Billion?

The $700 billion bailout plan for Wall Street is far from a done deal. Some have raised concerns over entrusting Treasury Sec. Henry Paulson with that much money with little congressional oversight. Madeleine Brand speaks to New York Times business reporter Andrew Ross Sorkin about the situation.
