Railbird 2021 Requiring Proof Of Vaccination Or Negative Covid Test

The Railbird Music Festival set for August 28 and 29 at Keeneland is going to require concertgoers to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID 19 test for entrance into the concert site.

The festival, which will feature the likes of My Morning Jacket, the Dave Matthews Band and Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit is sold out.

Promoters sent out an email Friday to ticket holders saying that every day of the two-day festival, concertgoers must bring a printed copy of their Vaccine Card, Vaccine Record, or printed result of a Negative COVID-19 test showing the test date.  A negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours of first attending Railbird.

Regardless of vaccination status, Railbird attendees are being asked to bring a mask. The unvaccinated are asked to wear a mask the entire time they are on the concert site.

The last date someone would be eligible to be considered “fully vaccinated” would be August 14, 2021 with a Johnson & Johnson one-shot vaccine.
