During Thursday afternoon’s coronavirus update Governor Andy Beshear announced 775 new cases of the virus in Kentucky. It brings the state total number of cases to 45,978.
The governor also announced 8 additional deaths. Since March 6, 910 Kentuckians have died from COVID-19.
As of Thursday afternoon, the positivity rate in Kentucky is again below five percent at 4.8%.
