696 Coronavirus Cases Reported in Kentucky Wednesday

During Wednesday afternoon’s coronavirus update Governor Andy Beshear announced 696 new cases of the virus in Kentucky. Gov. Beshear reported that 114 of those cases are in kids under 18. It brings the state total number of cases to 45,230.

The governor also announced 7 additional deaths. Since March 6, 902 Kentuckians have died from COVID-19.

As of Wednesday afternoon, the positivity rate in Kentucky is back below five percent at 4.64%.
