N. Korea-U.S. War of Words Intensifies

North Korea threatens pre-emptive attacks against American troops on the Korean peninsula. The warning follows word of a U.S. increase in western Pacific forces. Rhetoric aside, President Bush and Secretary of State Colin Powell call for a diplomatic solution to the dispute over Pyongyang's nuclear program. Hear NPR's Rob Gifford.
