Yemen Authorities Search for Group Behind U.S. Deaths

Three Americans are killed at a Baptist missionary hospital in Yemen, and a fourth is critically wounded. Yemeni authorities have arrested a man and say an extremist cell that targets foreigners may be responsible. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports on the shootings, and NPR's Eric Weiner profiles other U.S. missionaries.
