Venezuela General Strike Could Hurt Oil Exports

A general strike in Venezuela triggers panic and disrupts refinery operations, raising concerns that it will affect oil exports to the United States. Anti-government groups are trying to oust President Hugo Chavez. NPR's Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Martin Kaste.
