WEKU has an exciting schedule refresh to start the new year! Beginning Monday, January 12, WEKU is adding four new programs and rebroadcasting a popular weekend offering.
Tuesday at 1 p.m. - Unexpected Elements from the BBC
The news you know, the science you don't. Unexpected Elements looks beyond everyday narratives to discover a goldmine of scientific stories and connections.
Wednesday at 1 p.m. – Throughline
Throughline is a time machine. Each episode, we travel beyond the headlines to answer the question, "How did we get here?" We use sound and stories to bring history to life and put you into the middle of it. From ancient civilizations to forgotten figures, we take you directly to the moments that shaped our world. Throughline is hosted by Peabody Award-winning journalists Rund Abdelfatah and Ramtin Arablouei.Throughline also airs Saturdays at 10 a.m.

Monday – Friday at 6:30 p.m. – Marketplace
