An unfortunate reality following a natural disaster is oftentimes looting and theft. In the days and weeks following the deadly flooding in eastern Kentucky, there were reports of people stealing valuables from damaged homes. In Today’s Interview, Samantha Morrill talks to Trooper Matt Gayheart with Post 13 in Hazard about the dark spot in what has otherwise been a mostly neighborly recovery process.
