The annual Kids Count County Data Book was released this week. The study looks at child well-being in four main domains, economic security, education, health and family and communnity. Kentucky Youth Advocates Executive Director Terry Brooks tells WEKU’s Samantha Morrill that the data points have a good news/bad news perspective.
