The Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, or EKCEP, is launching a new initiative to help eastern Kentuckians who have lost their jobs due to the coronavirus pandemic. It’s called ReWork     EKY. In Today’s Interview, Samantha Morrill talks to EKCEP Executive Director Jeff Whitehead about what the program hopes to accomplish.
