Robotic store assistants are coming to some major east coast supermarket chains. They're manufactured in Nicholasville, Kentucky where Tim Rowland is CEO. Tom Martin talked with Rowland about automation, artificial intelligence, and data gathering and analysis by machines operating in retail spaces where they must interact with shoppers.
