This year’s presidential election appears to be one of the most interesting in U.S. history.

While the primaries and caucuses continue, there’s speculation about what might happen at both major party conventions this summer….and who will emerge as Republican and Democratic candidates.

On this week’s Eastern Standard, a guest who may not be able to predict the future but he can talk about presidential history, Dr. Douglas Brinkley, one of America’s leading and most prolific presidential, cultural and environmental historians, Professor of History and Fellow in the Baker Institute at Rice University, and the New York Times bestselling author.
