Six Kentucky counties move out of the highest coronavirus incidence rate designation

Tuesday afternoon Kentucky reported 4,051 new coronavirus cases and 34 new deaths.

1,130 of the new cases are in people age 18 and younger.

1,765 Kentuckians were hospitalized with COVID as of Tuesday afternoon. 322 of those were in the ICU and 167 were on a ventilator.

The positivity rate is at 17.16%.
