During Thursday afternoon’s coronavirus update Governor Andy Beshear announced 726 new cases of coronavirus in Kentucky, bringing the state total to 423,414.
Governor Beshear also announced 19 new deaths on Thursday as well as 88 additional deaths that were identified in an audit. The total number of deaths caused by the coronavirus in Kentucky is now at 5,970.
The positivity rate is at 2.92% as of Thursday afternoon.
