Wednesday afternoon Governor Andy Beshear announced 5,742 new cases of coronavirus in Kentucky, bringing the state total to 286,541.
Governor Beshear also announced 34 new deaths, bringing that total to 2,806.
The positivity rate is at 11.66% as of Wednesday afternoon.
