3,649 Coronavirus Cases Reported in Kentucky Thursday Nov. 19

During Thursday afternoon’s coronavirus update Governor Andy Beshear announced 3,649 new cases of coronavirus in Kentucky, bringing the state total to 148,390.
Governor Beshear also announced 30 new deaths, bringing that total to 1,742.
The positivity rate is at 9.18% as of Thursday afternoon.
