Recently, we told you of Maryland's vivid new uniforms. So colorful they almost look like the picture on the TV screen is breaking up. Now, Maryland's athletic director says he intended for you to notice. Many schools create new uniforms in search of a hip image, grabbing the attention of prospective football recruits.
